Fake registration with impunity
Hard as it is to believe, many owners and breeders must now re-evaluate
their dogs' pedigrees as it has been revealed that the stud in
Scrimshaw Topsy Turvy's litter 07/04/1993 is
Democrata De Gifford ("Fusco"), and not the registered stud dog
Pennrico Partial Eclipse *
Thanks to DNA testing many unscrupulous breeders are being caught.
These breeders have stolen breedings:
A) To promote their own dogs
B) To avoid paying stud fees
C) To win as many titles as possible by improving their line
without giving due credit
D) To hide the mating of closely related or otherwise unsuitable
dogs (e.g. undesirable recessive genes) etc.

un-recorded matings while in the U.S.A. for testing between 2/93 and10/94:

These registered dogs (?) mated further in the following kennels:
Turnabout, Scrimshaw, Cutwater, Down East, Driftwood, Pennrico,
Bayport, Agua Viva, WyeRivers, Freestyle among many others...
... are producing multiple outstanding dogs.
